Join us on Sunday, January 28th from 12:30-2:30 for a Full Body Circuit Women’s Workshop with Trainer Lara Marquez and Nutritionists Keren Chen and Catherine Nelson who help everyday athletes elevate their lives with real foods, fueling mental and physical performance.
Keren and Catherine will be discussing healthy and quick meal prep for active women on the go, as well as supplying a healthy meal prep program for all of you to take home!
